The Group on Immunization Education has released their 2008 schedule in a great web-tool that is also available for loading onto your PDA.
The web tool shows the different vaccines recommended for each age, and clicking on the specific shot brings up all of the information about what the vaccine is for, when it should be administered, and why it should be given.

Vaccines Save Lives!!
Some people die from seatbelts in car crashes, but it's not the norm and isn't a valid reason to not wear one. Vaccines may have a small risk factor, but whooping cough & polio are far more likely than these freak chances of autism or asthma from overloading by taking a bunch of vaccines at once.
